The unique, two-story Craftsman Aeroplane style bungalow was built in 1918 and was home to Yorba Linda's earliest settlers. It is less than 0.2 miles from the Richard Nixon Presidential Library. Nixon played on the property as a child. The structure is currently uninhabitable. The Craftsman Aeroplane bungalow style has exterior character defining features that include a second-story slightly set back from the façade, exposed rafter tails and wood brackets, an exterior wall cladding of horizontal wood boards or wood shingles, wood window casings and surrounds, partial or full width porches at the façade with heavy wood piers and fieldstone foundations, a low-pitched gabled roof with wide overhanging eaves and decorative brackets, original wood sash windows. Currently zoned as residential-urban with potential for variance or rezoning.
